Pricings starts from the $500s and tops at over $1 million at Shoreview which is platted adjacent east of the town center, Waterside Place. The Siesta, located at 4330 Sunmill Ct. in the prestigious community of Star Farms at Lakewood Ranch is a one-story floor plan that features an open concept design.
